Instruments of Medieval and Renaissance Europe
A collaborative project an electronic catalogue of medieval and
renaissance scientific instruments from four European museums:
the Museum of the History of Science, Oxford, the British
Museum, London, the Istituto e Museo di Storia della Scienza,
Florence, and the Museum Boerhaave, Leiden.

Medieval Technology Pages, by Paul Gans
The Medieval Technology Pages are an attempt to provide accurate,
referenced information on technological innovation and related
subjects in western Europe during the Middle Ages. There are several
ways to access this information --through the Subject Index which
provides direct access to all the technology pages; via a historical
Timeline; or by examining the References which back-index all
articles through the sources used.
