John the Baptist., with nimbus, left hand on left shoulder of Christ, right hand on head of Christ, clothed, in water to ankles, scroll above head, text. justifica me salvator.

Reerslev. (M-K 20-009.) c.1450. Isefjord Workshop. Baptism of Christ. Sect 1, west arch, right pendentive. Left, angel holds cloak. Center, Christ, with cross nimbus, in water to waist, hands, palms together, in prayer, head touched by beak of Dove of Holy Ghost. Right, John the Baptist., right hand, three fingers extended, in blessing, almost touching top of Christ's head, left hand holds chalice or cup.

Center, Christ, with cross nimbus, hands, palms together, in prayer, nude, kneels waist deep in water. Right, John the Baptist., with nimbus, right hand on head of Christ, left hand holds object. Right, Presentation in the temple. Left, female figure with nimbus and basket, next, BVM, with nimbus, hands outstretched to Child. Child, with cross nimbus, stands on altar covered with striped cloth, hands outstretched to BVM. Right, Simon, hands outstretched, holds Child. Far right, servant with candle. John the Baptist., with nimbus, pours water from pitcher over head of Christ with right hand, book in left hand. Scroll from right hand. ohannes baptista. Right, angel, with nimbus, hands, palms together in prayer. Above Christ and John the Baptist., scroll. His baptisatur in Jordan.

Left, Christ stands in water up to knees, with cross nimbus, hands raised shoulder high, palms facing, Dove of Holy Ghost, with cross nimbus, wings extended, above head. John B, right, with nimbus, right hand, three fingers extended, raised in blessing, left hand waist high palm in.
